From figure skating and ice hockey, to Spartan races, to day-to-day living, I understand how important nutrition is. As an athlete I know nutrition can make or break a performance, but sometimes knowing what to eat or when to eat it can be challenging - especially if we have busy lives (which we all do). The gym isn't the only place food can be confusing, that's why I offer personalized plans for anyone looking to improve their lifestyle.
